No. We proudly offer antibiotic-free and hormone-free meat, ensuring healthier and cleaner choices for our customers.
Q3: What types of meat do you sell?
We carry beef, chicken, lamb, and goat, along with specialty cuts like ribeye, tomahawk, lamb chops, and Wagyu beef.
Q4: Can I request custom cuts?
Absolutely! Our butchers are happy to provide custom cuts to match your cooking style—whether it’s steaks, stew meat, or thin slices.

Q5: How can I place an order?
Currently, we accept in-store orders and phone orders for store pickup. Online ordering will be available soon.
Q6: What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made in-store via cash or credit/debit card.
Q7: Do I need to pay in advance?
No. Payment is completed at the time of pickup in-store.
Q8: Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. If you’ve placed a phone order, just call us back as soon as possible and we’ll adjust it for you.

Q9: Do you offer delivery?
Not at this time. Currently, we only offer store pickup. Delivery may be added in the future.
Q10: How do I pick up my order?
If you placed a phone order, your meat will be freshly prepared and ready for pickup at our store. Just provide your name at the counter.
Q11: Do you accept returns?
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order (incorrect, spoiled, or damaged), please contact us within 24 hours.
